I have a question about my order, how do I contact you?

Can I order custom and personalised items?

We make custom and personalised orders for any product you want, even if it’s not listed in our Etsy shop (see all our products in the menu). You can always write to us with your wishes and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 🙂

What can you tell me about gift wrapping and packaging?

If you have any specific wishes on how the wrapping of the gift should look like, make sure to add a description or an image to your Etsy order.

Do you have any Sales & Giveaways?

We often have sales and giveaways. Make sure you follow us on Instagram and/or Facebook, so you don’t miss anything. 😉

How long will it take to get my order?

The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

If you order a finished product, we will process and ship your order within 3-4 business days. However, made to order products take a little bit longer. Usually, it takes us somewhere between 1-3 weeks to make them (depends on the product). As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to estimate when your package will arrive.

Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery times of ~3 days in Slovenia, ~1 week in Europe, or ~2 weeks everywhere else in the world. Occasionally packages will take longer or shorter amounts of time to deliver, so check your tracking number for an exact date!

What shipping service do you use?

We use Pošta Slovenije.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we will ship anywhere!

Please note that some countries will require you pay customs fees upon receiving your package. Check with your country’s postal service to see if you will need to pay any taxes on an imported item. Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, they are not included in the cost of shipping for your order.

Do you accept returns and cancellations?

We gladly accept returns and cancellations
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Send items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

What are conditions of return?

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
